ThatVAmom is a brand operated under Emma Onyirimba, Limited, a registered limited liability company.
All services, contracts, payments, and transactions conducted through thatvamom.com are legally provided by Emma Onyirimba, Limited.
ThatVAmom is not currently registered as a separate legal entity and operates as a business name/brand under Emma Onyirimba, Limited.

We offer professional virtual assistant and business support services, including but not limited to:

Scope of Services
All services listed above — including custom research — can be provided under any of our hourly packages:

Light Lift (5 hours)

Steady Roots (10 hours)

Core Support (20 hours)

Whole Operations (40 hours)
Clients may mix tech, admin, design, and research tasks based on business priorities.
All services are delivered remotely to clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, and other global locations.
Use of Our Website
By using our Site, you agree to:

Booking & Payment
All services require full payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hourly packages must be used within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Custom research packages (Insight Partner) are quoted separately based on scope.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept:

Payoneer

Direct Bank Transfer (ACH)
These methods allow us to securely receive international payments while operating from Nigeria.
Time Tracking
We use Clockify for transparent and accurate time tracking.
Clients receive a full time report at the end of each package or upon request.
If preferred, we can use a client’s tracking tool (e.g., Toggl, Harvest) if agreed upon before work begins.
Cancellations & Refunds
Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
To pause or reschedule work, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.
Unused hours are not refundable but may be rolled over within the agreed timeframe.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Respond in a timely manner

Supply required materials (logins, brand assets, copy, etc.)

Ensure they have legal rights to all provided content
Turnaround Times
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and complexity.
Delays may occur due to:

Client response times

Technical issues

Force majeure events (e.g., outages, natural disasters)
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all client-specific deliverables become the client’s property.
We may showcase non-sensitive work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Confidential information is never shared.
All proprietary templates, processes, branding, and systems created by ThatVAmom remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality for all client information and use secure systems for communication, file sharing, and password management.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

Loss of profits or business interruptions

Third-party platform outages or changes

Errors caused by incomplete client information
Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We use tools such as Zapier, Airtable, Kajabi, Canva, ClickUp, and others.
ThatVAmom and Emma Onyirimba, LLC are not liable for third-party platform issues, security breaches, or policy changes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Global Use
Our services are available worldwide.
Clients are responsible for complying with their local laws.
