(Pronounced “Cheese-oba”, exactly like the cheese.)
I'm a wife, mom, and business support/operations strategist, and genuinely the person who cannot walk past a broken system without fixing it.
I started ThatVAmom because business owners deserve more than someone who just gets the work done. They deserve someone who stays, thinks it through with you, and cares long after the onboarding call ends.
That someone is me.
How ThatVAmom Started (And Why It's Different)
Most VA relationships don't fail because of skill. They do because no one actually built the structure to make them work and you're left managing the very support you hired to free you.
I saw this pattern early. The more businesses I worked with, the more I noticed the same growing frustration on both sides. Clients didn't know how to delegate well and VAs didn't have the support they needed to deliver consistently. Everyone was figuring it out alone.
That frustration is real, and it's exactly the disconnect ThatVAmom was built to bridge.
ThatVAmom is a managed VA agency, and not a matching service. Every VA is personally vetted and onboarded into our processes. Every client gets structured onboarding, clear expectations, and direct oversight from me, not just at the start, but throughout.
My Health Science background gave me even more insights to think in systems, research thoroughly, and solve problems that don't have obvious answers. That's the foundation this agency is built on.

When I'm Not Deep in Someone's Operations...
You'll usually find me at home. I'm very much a home girl.
Most likely, I'm:
- Testing a new recipe in the kitchen
- Reading my Bible or a good Christian fiction novel
- Watching a feel-good movie or documentary
- Researching something random because someone said it couldn't be figured out
- Enjoying spicy Jollof rice (with Greek yogurt for dessert, yes really)
- Spending quality time with my husband and family
I'm ambitious, loyal, and committed to making life a lighter for the people I support.
